Conceito de dado, informação e conhecimento. Dimensões para análise de qualidade de dados, dimensões para análise de qualidade de informações. Trabalhador da informação, trabalhador do conhecimento. Uso da informação nas organizações, com ênfase nas micro e pequenas empresas. Tecnologias e processos para processamento de dados, para gestão da informação e para gestão do conhecimento. Cultura e comportamento informacional nas organizações, com ênfase nas micro e pequenas empresas. Sociedade da informação e Estratégia organizacional baseada em conhecimento (KBS). Valoração dos intangíveis da organização.
