Ementa Empreendedorismo: Teoria & Prática

Ementa

Apresentar e debater as principais temáticas teóricas e práticas envolvidas em estudos do fenômeno Empreendedorismo, entre elas: Motivação e Intenção Empreendedora; Racionalidade e Vieses Cognitivos; Liderança; Gestão do Risco e da Mudança; Criatividade e Inovação; Ecossistemas; e Causation, Effectuation e Bricolage. Para cada temática analisada discutem-se diversas pesquisas internacionais divulgadas juntos aos principais journals dedicados ao desenvolvimento e ensino teórico e prático do Empreendedorismo. Explora-se como teorias e modelos de Empreendedorismo mais difundidos e concebidos dentro de outros contextos se aplicam e permitem a compreensão deste fenômeno dentro da realidade das empresas brasileiras de pequeno porte.
