Ementa

Compreender o debate epistemológico nas ciências humanas, em especial no campo dos Estudos Organizacionais. Analisar a evolução da teorização nas ciências sociais a partir de uma perspectiva histórica e filosófica. Definir as relações de identidade, integração e diferença entre filosofia, ciência, paradigma, teoria, metodologia, epistemologia e ontologia. Compreender a produção do conhecimento científico na área dos estudos organizacionais a partir de distintos paradigmas de pesquisa: positivista, construtivista, pragmático e participatório/reinvidicatório.
