Ementa
Proporcionar o entendimento de técnicas de análise multivariada de dados, aplicadas a problemas de pesquisa na área de administração. Os temas a serem desenvolvidos são: Introdução aos modelos lineares (Combinações lineares; Covariância e correlação; Regressão simples pelo método de mínimos quadrados; Testes de hipóteses/significância); Regressão Linear Múltipla (Modelo; Hipóteses; Estimativa dos Parâmetros; Poder Explicativo; Testes de Significância. Aplicações); Regressão Logística (Modelo Logit; Estimadores de Parâmetros; Poder Explicativo; Teste de Significância; Curva ROC); Análise Discriminante (Modelo; Estimadores; Estatísticas de testes; Função de Classificação); Análise Fatorial (Métodos de extração de fatores; Rotação ortogonal de fatores; Análise fatorial confirmatória; Análise fatorial exploratória); e Análise de Equações Estruturais (Modelo de equações estruturais; Premissas do modelo; Especificação do modelo; Estimação e testes de significância).
